Images reflect the actual condition of the vehicle.
The vehicle is not stolen or illegally obtained.
City Autos does not verify ownership, vehicle condition, or authenticity of listings. We reserve the right to review, reject, or remove listings at our discretion.
6. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are solely responsible for:
Conducting independent inspections.
Verifying ownership and documentation.
Confirming vehicle condition before purchase.
Carrying out full due diligence before making payment.
You agree that any transaction is undertaken at your own risk.
7. Pricing and Payments
City Autos does not process payments between users (unless explicitly stated in future updates). All payments are made directly between buyers and sellers.
We are not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, or failed transactions.
8. Free Listing Model and Account Tiers
City Autos currently offers free listings.
Standard users may list a limited number of vehicles (e.g., 3–5 listings).
Dealer accounts may allow higher listing limits.
We reserve the right to introduce paid features or modify listing limits at any time.
9. No Warranties
City Autos provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding vehicle condition, accuracy of listings, identity or credibility of users, or availability of the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, City Autos shall not be liable for:
Fraudulent or misleading listings.
Financial loss or damages arising from transactions.
Misrepresentation by users.
Disputes between buyers and sellers.
Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
11. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
List stolen or illegal vehicles.

Impersonate any person or entity.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
12. Disputes Between Users

Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration in Nigeria, in accordance with applicable laws.
